Please note: Toughened glass is strongly recommended for use behind a heat source. This is commonly found behind agar's and fireplace mantles.
If the heat source is 25cm or further away from the location of the mirror then we strongly recommend toughening.
N.B - We can only toughen Mercury, Mottled, Vintage, Speckled , Metallico

The Vintage range offers all sorts of possibilities including, image based centre-pieces, feature walls and furniture-cladding.
The Vintage range is particularly suitable for kitchen splashbacks. It can be toughened for safety and heat protection as well as making splash marks less apparent, which leaves it easier to maintain (or neglect!) than normal glass splashbacks.
We are also able to fill the distressed areas with colour, making the product incredibly versatile. In traditional vintage we use a mixture of graphite, aluminium and sepia pigments to emulate oxidised silver. By replacing this with colour, the possibilities become endless, transforming the vintage range from the antique to the contemporary with white, hot pink, gold or any other colour of choice!
Glass :clear, bronze or grey float glass (Pilkingtons). Low-iron also available.
Thickness : typically 6mm, occasionally 4mm for smaller panels. Thicker sizes available
Edges : polished / arissed, bevelled or mitred
Safety Options : usually toughened and always safety backed with foil.
Lead Time : 3-4 weeks (add a week for toughening)
